We proudly source our African prints ethically from West Africa, working hand-in-hand with talented local artisans and tailors. Their craftsmanship ensures that no two designs are the same, making every item truly unique. Our American-inspired shoes are carefully selected from high-quality suppliers, offering comfort and modernity to complement our Afrocentric creations.

Our founder, Shalena, was born in New York and raised in Orlando, Florida, by her Caribbean grandparents. Her upbringin

g instilled in her a deep love for her culture and the importance of self-expression. Frustrated by the lack of accessories that celebrated both her African heritage and modern style, Shalena founded Sole Crush to bridge these worlds. Her vision: to empower women to step confidently into their style while honoring African culture.

As a brand, deeply committed to blending American-style shoes with African-inspired handbags in a way that’s not only fashionable but also socially conscious. Currently, 55% of our products are crafted with sustainable materials, a

nd we’re working towards eco-conscious footwear as part of our future collection. We also aim to give back through initiatives like an annual shoe drive for children.
